Prema Sai

by Alisha B.

We already knew that Prema Sai Wholistic Living has the best massage in town, but did you know that they have the best massage in town with free childcare?

The ultimate relaxing vibe

What’s not to like about a relaxing rejuvenating massage? Many prenatal moms have enjoyed a weekly massage before baby comes. But after baby arrives, many become disappointed when they can’t book an appointment because of lack of childcare, or because it would take too long to drop off the child, go get a massage and get home. However, thanks to Prema Sai, moms can continue to enjoy a variety of treatments, such as relaxation, raindrop therapy, or deep tissue, all while their children play happily with a staff member. The ladies at Prema Sai have First Aid/CPR certification and 15 years of childcare experience combined, so your children are in good hands.

Why we love it

Not only do moms get the best massage in town, but also this service, unlike any other in the city allows moms to truly rejuvenate and get some time to themselves without having to worry about their children. This way, they can relax and get the downtime and mental heath break that they need in order to be a better mom in the end. And, if your children are anything like mine, they won’t even realize that they are at Prema Sai for you! My children are already asking when their next playdate with Heather is.

The massages at Prema Sai are truly heavenly, and spending one whole hour of being pampered is something that us moms need to take advantage of more often. In addition to the best massages in town, including prenatal massage, Prema Sai offers a variety of holistic treatments from aromatherapy, acupuncture to Amatsu therapy.

Where to find it
