TELETOON Get Stoked Tour

Head out to Calaway Park, Friday, July 17 to Sunday, July 19, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., for the TELETOON Get Stoked Tour. Sticking to the surf theme of TELETOON’s newest show Stoked, visitors can play teletoon.com games in the Surf Shack and win prizes by testing their knowledge of TELETOON trivia on the spin-to-win wheel. Kids can even strike a pose on the surfboard simulator, and have their picture taken against an exclusive Stoked background.

Longview Stampede

Formerly Longview Daze, the Longview Stampede is ready to roar July 17 to 19. During that time check out a farmers’ market featuring certified organic fruit and veggies, home baking, and numerous other vendors at the Longview Community Hall on July 18 and at the Longview Centennial Park along with a Music Jamboree on July 19.

Family Reader Rock Garden Tour

Bring the family down to one of the most peaceful places in Calgary with the Family Reader Rock Garden Tour, Saturday, July 18, 11 a.m. to noon. $5 for adult and $3 for children.

Muskrat’s view
