Mindful Eating for Babies and Toddlers

We all need to eat each day - and our children need to eat meals and snacks every few hours. Each feeding is an opportunity to practice mindfulness, to build a positive feeding relationship, to secure attachment and ground the family. Dance school performance

Fraser Valley Academy of Dance's annual school performance is scheduled for Friday, June 19 and Saturday, June 20 at the Clarke Theatre, Mission. Dad’s day cookie decorating

Have fun and help a good cause

Chip's Not Dead Yet is offering a rare opportunity to you and your family: to become part of a little slice of history. The second annual Chip's Not Dead Yet Memorial Mile is scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 20, with all proceeds going to the BC Children's Hospital. The one-mile uphill race is run in themed waves. Last June, runners young and old busted up West 10th dressed as rockstars, bridesmaids, in their underwear, and more. Langley Canada Day

Langley Canada Day Celebration is so big it takes two days to celebrate. The fun starts on Tuesday, June 30, 3 to 11 p.m. and continues on Wednesday, July 1 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. at McLeod Athletic Park (across from the Langley Airport, 56 Avenue and 216 Street).
